Welcome to Millennium Seismic Ltd.

Millennium Seismic Ltd. acquires multi-client 3D seismic surveys for companies involved in oil and gas exploration in Western Canada. Established in Canada in 1999, Millennium Seismic Ltd.’s 3D seismic library encompasses 957 square miles (2,478 square kilometres) of high quality three dimensional data in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. Millennium specializes in data acquisition through multi-client surveys where two or more oil and gas companies are interested in the same data set. These companies acquire a licensed copy of the data for a cost far less than the traditional acquisition costs for these data sets. Millennium retains ownership of the seismic data and the right to license the data to other companies once the participant’s exclusive period (generally 180 days) is complete.
